You need three things: (1) a NeuralFX licence — purchased directly from this website; (2) a live trading account with one of our recommended brokers (IC Markets, Pepperstone, or Fusion Markets); and (3) a Windows VPS (Virtual Private Server) to run MetaTrader 4/5 24/5. We provide a full setup guide in the member portal, and our support team can assist with VPS configuration.
We recommend IC Markets (raw spread ECN account), Pepperstone (Razor account), or Fusion Markets. These brokers offer raw interbank spreads, fast execution (under 1ms latency to NY4 servers), and support for EA (Expert Advisor) trading with no restrictions. Avoid market-maker brokers as they often re-quote or delay execution, which negatively impacts the bot's performance.
The absolute minimum is $200, however we strongly recommend starting with at least $500 for the Standard plan and $1,000+ for the Pro plan. The bot's risk management scales position sizes dynamically using a percentage-of-balance model (default 1% risk per trade), so smaller accounts will naturally trade micro lots. Lower starting capital simply means smaller absolute dollar returns.
After purchase, log into the NeuralFX member portal and download your personalised EA file (.ex4 or .ex5). Open MetaTrader → Tools → Options → Expert Advisors → tick "Allow automated trading" and "Allow DLL imports". Drag the EA onto your desired chart (recommended: EURUSD M15 or H1). Enter your licence key when prompted. A full video walkthrough is available in the member portal.
No prior trading experience is required to run the bot — it operates fully automatically. However, we do encourage all users to complete our free ICT fundamentals course in the member portal so you understand what the bot is doing and why. For our investment fund (PAMM), zero experience is needed as our traders manage everything on your behalf.
MetaTrader 4/5 is a Windows-native application. Mac users have two options: (1) rent a Windows VPS (we recommend Contabo or Vultr — from $5/month) and run the bot there, or (2) use a Mac-compatible broker terminal that supports EA functionality. Our setup guide covers both scenarios.
Most users are fully live within 2-4 hours of purchase. This includes broker account opening (instant with IC Markets), VPS setup (~30 minutes), EA installation (~15 minutes), and licence activation (~5 minutes).
