1. Software — 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

NeuralFX offers a 7-calendar-day money-back guarantee on all software licence purchases, subject to the following conditions:

• The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
• The Licence Key must not have been activated or connected to any MetaTrader 5 live or demo account. Our server logs Licence Key activations in real time.
• The refund will be for the full purchase price paid, excluding any payment processing fees charged by Stripe or PayPal (typically 1.4–3.5%) which are non-recoverable.
• One refund per customer. Subsequent purchases by the same individual (same name, email, IP, or payment method) are not eligible.
• Licence Keys purchased during promotional discounts of 50% or more are not eligible for a refund.

2. Fund Investments — Non-Refundable

Capital deposited into the NeuralFX Managed Fund is deployed into live trading markets and cannot be refunded as a lump sum on demand. Fund investments are non-refundable.

This is because:

• Capital is pooled and actively deployed in live trading positions that cannot be instantaneously reversed;
• Immediate redemption would disrupt the Fund's trading strategy and harm other investors;
• Transaction and slippage costs would be incurred in liquidating positions.

Instead, investors who wish to exit the Fund must follow the structured Withdrawal Process described in Section 3 below.

3. Fund Withdrawal Process

3.1 Submitting a Withdrawal Request

Log in to your NeuralFX Investor Dashboard and navigate to Withdrawals → New Request. Select full or partial withdrawal, specify the amount, and confirm your withdrawal method (bank transfer, crypto, or PayPal).

3.2 Notice Period

All withdrawal requests require a minimum 7 calendar days' notice. This allows NeuralFX to manage position sizing responsibly without market impact.

3.3 Processing

Withdrawals are processed at the month-end Net Asset Value (NAV) after the notice period expires. Funds are typically transferred within 5–10 business days of the month-end close.

3.4 Partial Withdrawals

Minimum partial withdrawal: USD 50. A minimum balance of USD 100 must be maintained if the investor wishes to remain in the Fund. Withdrawals reducing the balance below USD 100 will be treated as a full exit.

3.5 Emergency Withdrawals

In genuine emergencies (documented medical, legal, or financial hardship), NeuralFX may process an accelerated withdrawal at its discretion. Contact us at legal@neuralfx.online. Accelerated withdrawals may incur a 2% early-exit administrative fee.

4. How to Request a Software Refund

1. Email legal@neuralfx.online with subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Order Number]".
2. Include: your full name, email address used at purchase, order number, and payment method.
3. NeuralFX will verify your eligibility (activation status, purchase date) within 1–2 business days.
4. If approved, a refund confirmation email is sent and the refund is initiated to your original payment method.

6. Exceptions & Disputes

Refunds will be denied in the following circumstances:

• The Licence Key has been activated, connected, or used in any capacity;
• The 7-day window has expired;
• Evidence of fraudulent purchase (e.g., stolen card, chargeback history);
• The purchase was made during a promotion offering 50%+ discount;
• The request is a duplicate (same customer, different account or email).

If you dispute our refund decision, you may escalate by emailing legal@neuralfx.online with "Refund Dispute" in the subject. We aim to resolve disputes within 5 business days. Unresolved disputes are subject to the governing law provisions in our Terms & Conditions.
